David Slade of USTA invited leaders or officers of local GLTA clubs to consider attending or sending a representative to the USTA Community Tennis Development Workshop (CTDW) to be held January 12-15 in New Orleans. He said '''we already have representatives from several GLTA clubs set to attend but would love to have more! '' The USTA will provide for travel and expenses. GLTA Commisoner Dan Merrithew will be there and he is sure there wlll be good turnout to this really worthwhile event.
