MEMBERSHIP

The following fees apply to any application (Fees in U.S. Dollars$$)

Membership Fee: $150 (after August 31st, 2007) (Mandatory-All Clubs) (payment by check included with membership application)

Tournament Fee: $4 per participant (payment by check within 1 month after tournament)
