Executive Board of the GLTA

	COMMISSIONER Hein Jan Lapidaire	Responsible for overseeing GLTA Officer activities and representing the GLTA, or appointing a representative to the Federation of Gay Games committee. The Commissioner may, from time to time, form GLTA subcommittees as necessary, and will oversee officers activities relating to sponsorships, outside contacts, and promotion of the GLTA circuit.
	COMMUNICATION Mark Reiter	Responsible for general promotion of the GLTA circuit through advertising, news releases and other media forms. This officer shall be the primary point of contact for new and emerging organizations and shall publish the GLTA newsletter.
	MARKETING Nabil Najjar	Responsible for interfacing with potential GLTA Circuit partners, presenting opportunities to the GLTA Committee, and managing partnership agreements on behalf of the GLTA Board and Committee.
	RANKINGS Hein Jan Lapidaire	Responsible for developing and maintaining a player ranking system, to be used for tournament seeding in GLTA tournaments. Works closely with the Tournament Standards Chair to integrate a seeding point system compatible with the division formats used in our tournaments. Collects results from all GLTA tournaments, and distributes updated player point rankings to tournament directors prior to each GLTA event, or upon request.
	SECRETARY Daniel Merrithew	Responsible for maintaining the GLTA contact list, with league Presidents and GLTA designated representatives from each organization. Compiles minutes of all GLTA meetings, and disseminates to GLTA member organizations. May assist in printing and mailing of GLTA newsletters, or other correspondence, as required. Also maintains contact with an external webmaster.
	Tournament Standards Jon Guerrica	Responsible for developing tournament standards and guidelines for all GLTA-sanctioned tournaments. Will develop, publish, and maintain an information package for all tournament directors, which will include suggested division formats, uniform level of play descriptions for GLTA tournaments, USTA and ITF rules and unique GLTA guidelines approved by the GLTA.
	TreasurER Mike Myers	Responsible for collection of member organizations' annual dues and tournament supplemental fees from GLTA sanctioned events. Treasurer maintains GLTA accounts, issues semi-annual financial statements, disperses GLTA funds, as approved by the GLTA Executive Board, and may suggest circuit sponsorship opportunities and financial plans to accomplish organization goals.
