TOUR TIPS By Dr. Scott Kauffman

                        Time to warm up!

Remember….warm up is not practice! Some players confuse warm up and practice. Each player should try and hit the ball directly to the opponent. Doubles partners may warm each other up. A player should provide the opponent a warm-up of 5-10 minutes. If a player declines to warm up the opponent, the player forfeits the right to a warm up and the opponent may warm up with another person. Be respectful of the time limit. Warm up serves are taken before the first serve of the match! Read more »
